Making a good Pinot Noir in Spain is a risky business. It's a capricious grape, with a thin skin, that doesn't tolerate just any climate. Clos Montblanc They have been determined to prove that in their land this "diva" of viticulture can be tamed.

This wine doesn't seek to impress you with a dark color or raw power. It seeks the subtlety. It has been aged in wood, but very subtly, so as not to mask the primary aromas of a grape that is pure elegance.

What will you find? Has 13.5º and a light, almost transparent cherry color, typical of the variety. Don't be fooled by its appearance: on the nose it's an explosion of red fruits (raspberries, strawberries) with a floral background and a very fine smoky touch. On the palate it's light, fresh, and very vibrant.

It's the perfect wine for those tired of heavy reds that leave a black taste in your mouth. It's a wine that goes down easily, ideal for pairing with dishes you don't want the wine to overpower. If you want to discover why the French adore this grape, try this Unic. But be warned: once you develop a taste for the finesse of Pinot Noir, it's hard to go back to heavy, bold wines.
